Youth Educated
Youth Educated is designed to serve children and young people from low-income and under-resourced communities. The programme responds to the structural, social, and economic barriers that limit young people’s access to safe spaces, trusted guidance, and holistic life-skills education.
Through school-based, age-appropriate interventions, Youth Educated creates supportive environments where young people can be seen, heard, and equipped with the skills they need to make informed decisions, build healthy relationships, and navigate adolescence and adulthood with confidence and purpose. Programmes under YE include:
Educated Futures Programme(EFP)
The Educated Futures Programme (EFP) focuses on equipping students with essential life skills through interactive and engaging after-school sessions. We cover key areas that affect the well-being and future of young people, offering a supportive environment where students can learn, grow, and apply new knowledge. Our holistic approach ensures that participants are well-prepared to face the challenges of adulthood.
Youth Education Career Day
The Youth Educated Career Day is an annual event supporting students to explore career pathways and make informed decisions about their futures. The event brings together students, industry mentors, and training institutions for a full-day experience that includes interactive breakout sessions, one-on-one mentorship and Q&A spaces, career assessments and pathway mapping, as well as exhibitions and exploratory learning zones hosted by universities, colleges, TVETs, and skills-based organisations. Through guided engagement and real-world exposure, the Career Day broadens aspirations and equips young people with the clarity and confidence needed to transition beyond senior school.
Brothers’ Keepers Programme (BKP)
The Brothers’ Keepers Programme (BKP) supports boys and young men as they transition from adolescence into adulthood. The programme creates safe spaces for honest conversations around masculinity, mental health, responsibility, and purpose, supported by positive male mentorship. Through guided dialogue and a strong sense of brotherhood, BKP builds resilience, accountability, and supportive peer networks that young men can rely on as they navigate the pressures and expectations of adulthood.
Youth Educated Plus(YE+)
YE+ hosts a range of paid programmes designed to provide structured, high-quality learning experiences for adolescents and their families. These programmes support young people through key developmental stages by offering safe spaces, trusted mentorship, and practical life-skills education. Proceeds from YE+ contribute to sustaining YE’s broader mission of expanding access to holistic education for adolescents from under-resourced communities.
Thrive Teens Camp (TTC)
Thrive Teens Camp is a four-day residential experience for adolescents aged 10 to 18, focused on building essential life skills for informed decision-making. Held during the school holidays in April, July, August, November, and December, the camp provides a safe and engaging space for young people to step away from daily pressures and invest in personal growth.
Through hands-on activities, small-group discussions, mentorship, and guided reflection, participants grow in confidence, emotional resilience, communication, and leadership. Thrive Teens Camp offers a fun, peer-driven environment where adolescents strengthen relationships, explore purpose, and develop skills that prepare them for life beyond the classroom.
Adolescent Mentorship Programme (AMP)
The Adolescent Mentorship Programme for young people aged 10 to 18. It provides safe, structured spaces where adolescents can engage in honest conversations, build self-awareness, and develop essential life skills. Delivered in small, age-appropriate groups and guided by trained facilitators, AMP supports young people to navigate relationships, identity, sexuality, decision-making, and leadership with confidence. The programme also meaningfully involves parents, strengthening family support systems and ensuring adolescents are guided both at home and within the programme.
Beyond the Birds & Bees (Triple B)
Beyond the Birds & Bees is a sexuality education programme designed for adolescents aged 15 and above. It responds to the complex realities young people face today by moving beyond vague or fear-based conversations to offer clarity, context, and practical guidance. The programme explores identity, gender, power, consent, relationships, sexual and reproductive health, and personal safety through six interconnected modules. Delivered in a safe, respectful learning environment, it equips young people with accurate information, critical thinking skills, and the confidence to make informed and responsible choices about their bodies and relationships.
